Today I have decided spontaneously to the Nikon Coolpix P7000. The main reason why I've chosen it is very simple. I have two external flashes from Nikon and my photo dealer they had in stock. I might have decided for the Canon G12, but in the end I somehow a certain fondness for Nikon. Tonight, I've only a little bit with the operation of your camera and made my first impression is very positive. You can set a lot. Sure you do not have as many adjustments as the Nikon D300, but a similar amount in the D60. After all, this is a compact camera and not a DSLR. The first test photos in my apartment looked very good and I'm very curious how they will do in the wild.
